This Policy does not govern data processing under paid subscription agreements, which are addressed in the applicable Master Service Agreement and Data Processing Agreement. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We collect information you voluntarily provide, including: contact information submitted through forms (name, email, company, job title); account registration information for free trials; inquiries and communications you send us; and any other information you choose to provide.

Free Trial Data

During free trial use, we process operational data, system logs, and usage information generated through your interaction with the Services. Free trial environments are intended for evaluation purposes and should not contain production or sensitive data.

Automatically Collected Information

Machine learning and AI model training is conducted on aggregated and de-identified usage data and does not involve training on user-submitted content unless expressly agreed in writing.

How We Use Information

We use collected information for the following purposes: providing and operating the website and free trial services; responding to inquiries and providing customer support; analyzing website traffic and usage patterns; improving and optimizing our services and user experience; detecting, investigating, and preventing unauthorized access, fraud, or other security issues; sending service-related communications; with your consent, sending marketing communications about our products and services; complying with legal obligations; and any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection.

Aggregated and De-Identified Data

We may aggregate, de-identify, or anonymize data collected through the Services such that it no longer identifies or can reasonably be linked to any individual or organization. Such Aggregated Data is owned by Company and may be used for product improvement, machine learning and AI model training, industry benchmarking, research, publication of anonymized insights, and other internal or commercial business purposes. Any external sharing of such data will be in aggregated and de-identified form such that no user or organization can reasonably be identified. We do not attempt to re-identify de-identified data. Third parties receiving such data are contractually prohibited from re-identification.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information with: service providers who perform services on our behalf (hosting, analytics, email delivery); professional advisors including auditors, lawyers, and consultants; law enforcement, regulators, or other third parties where required by law or legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety; potential acquirers or successors as part of any merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets; and any other party with your consent. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

International Transfers

Contact and account information is retained for the duration of our relationship and a reasonable period thereafter for follow-up communications, unless you request deletion. Free trial data is retained for a limited period following trial expiration, after which it is deleted or anonymized unless retention is required by law or for dispute resolution. Aggregated and de-identified data may be retained indefinitely.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you may have certain rights under the GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent.
